Tasting note
It has a lively bouquet that bursts out of the blocks with aromas of dried honey, apricot, quince and marmalade. The palate is very well balanced with floret acidity. It is harmonious and concentrated with resinous/oxidative elements perfectly intertwined with the viscous and honeyed fruit, leaving the finish harmonious, long and satisfying.
