- It has a vibrant bouquet that bursts forth from the blocks with aromas of dried honey, apricot, quince, and marmalade. The palate is very well balanced with floret acidity. It is harmonious and concentrated with resinous/oxidative elements perfectly intertwined in the viscous and honeyed fruit, leaving a harmonious, long, and satisfying finish.
