Tasting note
- The color is citrusy and the appearance is crystalline. The bubbles are very fine, with long persistence and a ring forming the wall of the flute. The aroma is very delicate, with subtle minerality and notes of brioche standing out. On the palate, lightness, freshness, and a very pleasant finish are prominent.
