Tasting note
- Deep purple color, so dark it's almost blue/black. This is a wine of great vigor with excellent fruity aromas of plum and cassis. On the palate, typically Dow flavors of licorice and spices, along with great depth and structure. It presents surprising flavors of ripe fruit that give it a wonderful complexity, finishing with firm and bold tannins and a typical peppery dryness.
