Tasting note
This extraordinarily slow and prolonged maceration is responsible for the delicate and precise aroma, as well as a unique texture. In its complexity, we can perceive notes of forest and red fruits, such as cherry, characteristic of Cima Corgo. In the mouth, networks of tannins and polysaccharides from the grape seeds evolve into a long finish.
