Tasting note

This wine is pure and delicious. Light in color, it is extremely pure with notes of cherry, red fruits, cassis, and redcurrant on the nose. On the palate, once again, it is all about purity with marked acidity and a bit of tannin. Saline and long, a wine to be savored.
