Tasting note
Although all wines in the “Eremitas” line are vinified in the same way, the plots give rise to different wines! The different “telluric information” that each place transmits is then highlighted. In this case, it is a medium-depth soil with micro-quartz faults throughout the plot, at an altitude of 500 meters.
