Medium-intensity straw yellow color. Aroma: Evolved aroma, no longer with fresh fruit notes but with beautiful notes of compote, tea, beeswax, soft toast, and dried fruit. Palate: Aromatic and delicate, very creamy, concentrated, with excellent structure and complexity. Long finish marked by toasted hazelnut, honey, and lemon zest; a sophisticated and elegant sparkling wine.
