- Deep violet color. Clean, expressive, and complex nose. Notes of chocolate, licorice, and pine needles emerge, elevating all the other primary aromas of ripe wild berries, such as currant and blackberry, floral notes of violet, typical of the Touriga Nacional variety, and fresh herbaceous nuances of thyme and camphor. This entire bouquet is harmonious and crescendos in the glass throughout the tasting. On the palate, we find a duality between elegant body and intense flavor. The tannin is fine and velvety, and the alcohol is perfectly integrated. The freshness, conferred by a balanced acidity, makes us salivate and "pushes" us to another taste. It benefits from aeration. The wild berries and chocolate notes accompany the tasting until its long and elegant finish.
