Tasting note
On the nose, the presence of citrus fruits (tangerine, grapefruit, lemon) is striking and the minerality is of significant importance. On the palate, the citrus aromas remain, although the grapefruit assumes a strong presence, with some notes of pineapple and wet stone standing out. The wine presents a balance between acidity and structure.
