Tasting note
Very delicate on the nose with notes of dried fruits like fig, also candied orange peel, citrus compote, jam, quite smoky and hints of bread pasta, white pepper and saffron. Smooth on the palate, it has just the right amount of sweetness, and is attractive and beautiful overall. It combines complexity with versatility.
