Tasting note
Flor de Trois Rosé is a blend of two grape varieties with an original proportion for a rosé wine. We added Castelão and Cabernet Sauvignon in proportions of 70% and 30%, respectively. In this union, we sought to combine the typical characteristics of Castelão, considering it the variety that best adapts to our region, with the complexity and structure of Cabernet Sauvignon. The final product is a wine with personality, aromas of forest fruits and a very present vegetal note. It is fresh, vibrant, very gastronomic and great for hot summer days.
