Tasting note
Citrus colour with fine and persistent bubbles. Fresh with notes of white fruits such as pear, apple and brioche resulting from contact with yeast. Good acidity and minerality along with the white fruits and the complexity of the roasted flavours and good volume. Complex, tasty and persistent in the finish.
