Tasting note
Citrus yellow color and bright appearance. Very fine and persistent bubble, fresh and floral aroma, with faint notes of brioche and yeast. On the palate it reveals light and complex fruit flavors, leaving a delicate and prolonged flavor with a strong brioche note in the mouth, which results in a velvety mousse and acidity, well proportioned and very well integrated. Persistent, delicious and very tasty.
