Tasting note
- Grapes from the Planalto Mirandês. Very good on the nose, subtle, entirely mineral and with character, wild with notes of elderberry, a tense and dry aromatic profile. The palate is in harmony with the nose, elegant, refined and very fresh, field herbs, salty on the finish. Distinctive and somewhat sui generis, a must-try without hesitation.
