Tasting note
- Deep brownish-orange center with an intense copper-toned halo. Aromas of quince compote with hints of vanilla and soft caramel, as well as notes of honey and raisins. Aging in wood is reflected in delicate notes of almond and marzipan. In the background, a subtly smoky element is perceptible. The intense red fruit flavors, complemented by cask aging but full of freshness and vitality, combined with an underlying citric acidity, give the wine balance and elegance. Long and pleasant aftertaste, with a subtle combination of nuts, tea, and tobacco.
