Its peppery side is immediately apparent, with floral notes of pink pepper in good harmony with wild berries, especially blueberry and red cranberry. In the background, licorice and restrained toast. On the palate, the first impact is an explosion of intensity. Nervous, with opulent tannins and great angularity, it leads the tasting to a long and very persistent finish, with finesse, where freshness and acidity raise the bar for longevity.
