Tasting note
Using one of the most recent techniques left by the Romans in Alentejo wines, Herdade da Rocha launches a very distinctive blend of white grapes from ancient vines, due to its fermentation and aging in centuries-old amphorae, previously worked in an artisanal way to obtain the clay notes and thus recognize this ancestral method.
