Tasting note
Clear, open and limpid colour. Discreet on the nose with notes of citrus, flint and wet stone. On the palate the attack is also citrus, but here the white-fleshed fruits, pear and again wet stone, mineral and salty, join in. Very balanced, fresh, full, long and persistent acidity.
