Tasting note
- Very mineral and stony on the nose, serious and beautiful, suggesting notes of fresh, damp clay. On the palate it is even more impressive, showing a purity of giant fruit, enormous involvement, structure and precision. Very rich overall, it evokes umami, a "je ne sais quoi" that is difficult to describe. Extremely long and creamy, finishing with a fresh menthol suggestion. A great and seductive white wine.
