Tasting note
A still wine almost with the alcohol content of a fortified wine; the grape ripening was almost perfect. We kept the grapes until mid-October and when we harvested them, they were raisin-like, completely dehydrated. A wine with balance, volume, intensity, and which, surprisingly, does not show its alcohol. Voluminous on the palate, full-bodied, with good tannins on the finish.
