- It has the color of ripe lemon and an aroma of great intensity and depth centered on notes of quince and white plum, dried fruits. The nose suggests an opulent and heavy wine, but the palate is a box of surprises, with slight bitterness and great freshness and acidity. Distinct, vibrant, unique, with enormous character.
