Tasting note
This red wine has a deep violet color. On the nose, it displays fresh red and black fruit and some woody notes related to the interaction between the vineyard and the forest created on the estate. On the palate, it is a very fresh wine due to its proximity to the Atlantic and the use of clay lagares (traditional wine presses) which preserve this freshness during alcoholic fermentation. It is a wine with structure and present but elegant tannins, allowing for good longevity in the bottle.
