Tasting note
Made with grapes from the Maria Gomes (95%) and Sercialinho (5%) varieties, fermented separately in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures for 2 weeks. The second fermentation took place in the bottle in order to preserve the floral and fruity aroma of the main variety. It is a summer wine, but also a wine for socializing.
