Tasting note
Baga is a native Portuguese grape variety, perfectly rooted in Bairrada. To showcase the character of this terroir, this wine is produced from a vineyard called Quinta do Moinho. We produce sparkling wine from the first harvest carried out at the end of August, to obtain good acidity.
