Tasting note
- Deep ruby color. Great aromatic complexity and freshness, with unique balsamic and tar flavors (but typical of the Abandonado vineyard), licorice and blackberries. Pure refinement, with delicacy, minerality and extraordinary purity of fruit. You can feel the schist, the surrounding forest, the freshness of the altitude, in a pure expression of the vineyard's nature. An exercise in pure elegance and class from one of the most emblematic vineyards of the Douro and Portugal.
