Tasting note
Visually, it presents as straw yellow or light gold. The aroma reveals restraint and complexity at first. It shows ripe fruit, orange marmalade, quince paste, and pear. Time in the glass brings earthy and spicy notes (cardamom, clove). The palate is rich, textured, and unctuous. A vibrant acidity and a sapidity from the clay bring it fantastic balance and life. It has a sublime balance between the tension of the acidity and the ripe fruit. It finishes long and with great complexity.
