Tasting note
Yellow colour, typical of the fermentation process. Ripe stone fruit, with notes of dried vegetables. Long-lasting on the palate, with the consistency of contact with the grape pulp and concentration of the grape itself. Notes of clay, light oxidative notes and white fruit. The acidity is notable, very typical of traditional winemaking, where volatile acidity reaches higher levels, giving balance to the wines from this warmer region.
