Tasting note
Yellow color, characteristic of skin-contact. Ripe stone fruit with notes of dried vegetation. Long on the palate, with the consistency from contact with the skins and the concentration of the grape itself. Notes of clay, slight oxidative notes, and white fruit. The acidity is noticeable, very characteristic of traditional winemaking, where volatile acidity reaches higher levels, providing balance to wines from this warmer region.
