Tasting note
Ensaios Soltos Loureiro is a wine produced in small quantities resulting from experiments. By combining learning, but above all the trial-and-error approach, we promote both the flexibility of various grape varieties, the recovery of traditional vineyards, and the use of different methodologies in the winery. If the “Ensaios à Solta” turn out well, they reach the market in small productions.
