Tasting note
- It's fleshy and fluid, with juicy, succulent plum and raspberry fruit and high notes of rockrose and sage. An attractive smoky mineral vein (rather than wood) runs through it. Pervasive and persistent. A background of powdery, ripe tannins lends a subtle texture. Very full-bodied and long. Very good.
