Tasting note
- It is fleshy and fluid, with succulent plum and raspberry fruit and lifted notes of rockrose and sage. An attractive smoky mineral vein (rather than wood) runs through it. Pervasive and persistent. A backdrop of powdery, ripe tannins provides a subtle texture. Great body and length. Very good.
