Tasting note
Each Mavem batch matures under extreme temperature ranges: the winter cold slows down maturation to allow the fragrances of fruits and flowers to emerge. The summer heat favors the development of vanilla and marzipan flavors. The seasonal temperature variations sustained by the barrels and the art of progressive alcohol reduction impart unique notes of vanilla, caramel, marzipan, and orange.
