- A very complex nose with marked volatile acidity, exotic wood, licorice syrup, orange zest, lavender, and a touch of nougat. Medium-bodied, elegant, and quite intense, with walnut skin tannins, fine sweetness, and volatile acidity providing freshness. Long and complex, exotic wood, tobacco, plum sauce, fine freshness from volatile acidity, some citrus, and sweet walnut. A charming, elegant, intense, and complex wine.
