Maynard's Fine Ruby Port is aged for 3 years in a combination of large wooden and stainless steel casks to preserve the freshness and character of the Port as it matures. The final blend is clarified and cold-treated before bottling, allowing the wine to maintain its stability and brightness in the bottle. A wine with fresh, soft fruit and a rich plummy texture.
