Tasting note

- To see beyond the gaze. Beyond the reflection in the mirror. Beneath the makeup. To transform imperfections into virtues. To touch the earth. To let it slip through our fingers and cling to our feet. To feel the morphology with our tongue, the rock with our palate, to hear the wind blowing, to see the Côa River flowing below. This wine is nature in its purest form. A rough diamond.
