Tasting note

Light violet color, dense dark. On the nose, it has a noble and intense profile with notes of cedar and pine needles taking center stage. On tasting, it is full, very fresh and elegant. Great attack with fine tannins and a finish full of lively freshness. Also notes of fruit, plum and even blackberries without being overly ripe.
