Montes Ermos Wine Cellar of Partners Red 2019

Clear, deep violet-red colour with a touch of purple. On the nose it is sweet and elegant, very intense, showing great aromatic complexity. The freshness of the floral and bergamot notes is in balance with the black fruits and flora of the region, rockrose and rosemary, very typical of the Douro Superior. The ageing in new barrels helped to enhance all the aromatic richness, presenting discreet notes of roasting, vanilla and toast. On the palate it is extremely elegant and intense, velvety, voluminous and very structured. It presents soft, quality tannins that give it great soul, the finish is fruity, intense, persistent and of great finesse.
