Tasting note
- Dark, dense, and opaque red color. Complex and intense nose with hints of barrel fermentation. Peat, cedar, light iodine, black olive, cocoa, and an intense blend of black and red fruits and figs. Spicy, with black pepper, thyme, and a mineral finish. On the palate, it presents solid, fine tannins that increase with concentration, balsamic freshness, meat, plums, blackberries, and blueberries, a finish full of strength and mineral acidity.
