Tasting note
Light yellow color. Fine, refined bubbles. The aromas are driven by macerated apple fruit, freshly cut herbs and some sweet pastry. The low-lying flowers appear fresh and with a full, intense finish. Refreshed creamy head. Again large amounts of macerated fruit with sweet biscuit and light floral flavors. Finishes with medium persistence.
