Tasting note
- Bright shades of yellow and green. On the nose, the first impression is an intense, crystalline, and complex aroma of peach, pear, white flowers, and plenty of minerality, characteristic of Rabigato. The lees and aging in oak give the wine a solid body and structure with a rich attack, lively acidity leading to a long finish, with delicate citrus aromas and a mineral and salty flavor typical of our plots.
