Tasting note
- Bioma has a dark ruby color. The aroma is full of character with aromas of wild berries and notes of black plum and cherry, along with fresh herbaceous notes. Strong mineral character with aromas of wet stone. The palate is firm, supported by good acidity and excellent tannic structure. Very fresh, with pure fruit flavor and earthy mineral notes. Very long and persistent aftertaste.
