Tasting note
- Coche shows a very intense and deep mineral character. The perfectly integrated wood ensures great complexity, with a slightly salty profile and hints of flint. Elegant on the palate, it reveals several layers to discover, with concentration and a very firm acidity. It presents notes of dried fruits, stone fruits, and a very fine, delicate, and persistent finish. To be enjoyed in a Burgundy glass.
