Tasting note

- The color is beautiful, with shades of orange and brick and good depth. The nose reveals a mature wine, the result of aging in casks (small old oak casks). It has notes of cherry, apricot, orange peel, caramel, and spices integrated with notes of smoke. The palate is marked by vibrant acidity, with structure and an endless spicy finish.
