Tasting note

The color is beautiful, with orange and brick tones and good depth. The nose reveals a mature wine, the result of aging in casks (small, old oak barrels). It has notes of cherry, apricot, orange peel, caramel and spices integrated with hints of smoke. The palate is marked by vibrant acidity, with structure and a never-ending spicy finish.
