Tasting note
The rainy winter, dry spring at budbreak, and hot summer provided the ideal conditions for this “world class wine”. The nose is marked by notes of black cherry and tobacco, a slight smoky character, spices and herbs. The structure is the definition of elegance. On the palate it is fresh, round, with a dry, spicy, long and persistent finish.
