Niepoort White Tiara 2022

- The long fermentation in barrels gives Tiara a very complex, deep, and mineral aroma. It's quite subtle in its notes of stone fruit, citrus, and with light medicinal hints. On the palate, it's vibrant, with its own style, where sugar and acidity are in perfect harmony. Fresh, light, and very precise, with a strong mineral component. The finish is full of energy, with good citrus notes. A wine that is a pleasure to drink young to fully appreciate its energy, but which will have a long and healthy life in the cellar.
