Tasting note

The colour and nose reveal intentional oxidation in the profile of the grape varieties. It has essentially notes of honey, apricot, marmalade and citrus fruits that are complemented by notes characteristic of the aging process in the boot and under flower. In the mouth it is structured, with good acidity and an endless finish!
