Tasting note
- On the nose, the intense and classic aroma of the grape variety, white orange blossom, apple and plum are very present. This is followed by the irreverence of freshly cut grass, finishing in a mixture of white bell pepper spices. On the palate, as young as possible, it shows all the irreverence of a well-balanced youth. The plum, the yellow apple, the freshness of a limestone that made it rise, always hand in hand with the white spice.
