Tasting note
This wine has a yellow color with greenish hues. On the nose, it presents a very interesting and distinctive fruit complexity, on a fresh and elegant base, thanks to the "field blend" that gives rise to it. The oak is very balanced, and freshness and acidity can always be the main note throughout the tasting, guaranteeing pleasure to the drinker. The oak serves to soften this blend, to give creaminess and unctuousness, but not to mark it. Mineral notes also appear, and the wine is deep, lively, vibrant and very elegant.
