Tasting note
- This wine has a yellow colour with greenish tints. On the nose, it presents a very interesting and distinctive complexity of fruit, with a fresh and elegant base, thanks to the “field blend” from which it originates. The wood is very well-balanced, with freshness and acidity remaining the main notes throughout the tasting, ensuring pleasure for those who drink it. The wood serves to soften this blend, to add creaminess and unctuousness, but not to mark it. Mineral notes also appear, and the wine is profound, lively, vibrant and very elegant.
