Tasting note
- Medium lemon-yellow color. On the nose, it presents slight notes of citrus and green apple complemented by some minerality, conveying sensations of freshness and lightness. On the palate, its acidity provides freshness, with a focus on citrus notes. Good mouthfeel derived from the slight skin maceration, which complements the whole, making it elegant and well-structured. Long and persistent finish.
