Tasting note
Medium lemon yellow color. On the nose, it presents light citrus and green apple notes complemented by some minerality, conveying sensations of freshness and lightness. On the palate, its acidity transmits freshness, highlighting the citrus notes. Good volume in the mouth derived from the light skin maceration that complemented the whole, making it elegant and well-structured. Long and persistent finish.
